You can't see each other before the wedding
The Superstition: Back in the day, ladies and grooms should see each other until the latest possible time, so the prep didn't have the opportunity to alter his opinion. (We know—insane, right?) This custom progressively transformed into the general thought that it was misfortune for a prepare to see his lady on their big day.

Our Take: Today, a few couples stick to convention since they like the energy and foresight of seeing each other interestingly at the service. We know bunches of couples who've resisted the established norm and remained in a similar room the prior night, ate together the morning of, and (most helpfully) planned their photograph sessions together with their picture taker before the service. Nothing beats a passionate first look photograph.
