A Miami Beach penthouse once possessed by unscripted tv big names Kourtney and Khloé Kardashian will list for $5.9 million, as per posting specialist Jeff Miller of Brown Harris Stevens.

The suite is on the top floor of the Hilton Bentley Miami/South Beach inn, Mr. Mill operator said. The twosome, who are sisters of kindred reality star Kim Kardashian, remained in the penthouse for eight weeks in 2009 while taping "Kourtney and Khloé Take Miami," as indicated by Hilton Bentley General Manager John Laclé. They returned again in 2010 for a similar measure of time, he said.

At the time, the penthouse was claimed by the lodging and worked as an inn room, with a daily rate of generally $2,000 to $5,000, Mr. Laclé said. He declined to indicate the rate the Kardashians got for the penthouse, yet said it was marked down. The Kardashians acquired furniture and stylistic layout for the shoot, he included.

In late 2010 the unit was bought by its present proprietor, abstract operator Esmond Harmsworth, who paid $3.6 million for it, as per open records. Mr. Harmsworth then gut-redesigned the unit. "Fundamentally I changed everything without moving dividers," he wrote in an email.
